This essay explores the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Act (FASCA) and the difference it would have made had it been a law during the SolarWinds cyber-attack. The Act is examined from a critical perspective to see what effect it would have had if it had existed when the attack occurred. The SolarWinds cyber attack is then discussed in some detail. In deciding what would have happened if the FASCA was a law at the time of the attack, the events are presumed to be the same as what took place. It was at the time when the cyber-attack information reached the Federal Acquisition Security Council (FASC) that the incident would likely have changed. The paper argues that there would be delays in the actions of the FASC due to the complexity of the bureaucracy involved. The article concludes that the projected outcome would differ from the actual outcome because the cyber-attack would have been handled administratively rather than legislatively in the proposed outcome. This difference may or may not have fostered mitigation of the cyber-attack.

The phenomenon of moving the new capital city in Indonesia creates a new geostrategic perspective. Where in the process must be prepared carefully, especially in the aspect of defense and security systems. This study aims to provide an analysis concept of stealth Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to support the air defense system in Indonesias new capital city area. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature study. The results of the study reveal that the air defense system for Indonesias new capital city is in accordance with the concept of a smart defense, the need for a platform/ air vehicle that can be used to carry out intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and even be able to carry out attacks in maintaining security in the Indonesian new capital city area by minimizing enemy detection. . And one platform is to use UAV with stealth which can provide advantages in terms of flexibility, reach, minimized operational risk, and the ability to perform operations that are not detected by enemy defense radar sensors.

The present work is devoted to the semantic analysis of modality in Siin Seereer. The latter is an African language belonging to the West Atlantic branch of the Niger-Congo family. It is a language through which the enunciator can express his/her ideas and point of views through the expression of modality. Thus, there are lots of operators used in Siin Seereer language to deal with modality (deontic, epistemic, dynamic, etc.). So, the article aims to highlight the different types of operators used to deal with modality, their grammatical categories, their formations and structures. In addition, the article will help understanding the functioning of Siin Seereer language in general and of the different types of modality, their relationships, their interdependency (if there is any) in particular. However, to find some results, field surveys, interviews and a lot of research will be done.

Restorative justice as a new discourse is a response to dissatisfaction with the applicable criminal law and criminal procedure law. This article addresses two issues (1) the prosecutors offices authority over the use of restorative justice in criminal cases based on Indonesian laws and regulations, and (2) the implementation of the settlement of minor offences through restorative justice. This thesis research employs normative legal research methods. The studys findings lead to the following conclusions (1) The Attorney Generals Regulation Number 5 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice has a clear and detailed explanation of the procedures and efforts for peace and (2) The implementation of the settlement of minor crimes through restorative justice is adjusted to Article 5 paragraph (1) PERJA No. 15 of 2020.

This paper is anchored on social entrepreneurship as a panacea for mitigating unemployment among the Nigerian youth. Without overemphasizing the condition of unemployment in Nigeria, an avalanche of studies have substantiated this assertion by reporting that the rate of youth unemployment is on the increase in Nigeria, causing frustration, dependency and dejection. With the increasing turnout of graduates yearly from tertiary institutions, many gradates still remain unemployed for a long time after graduation. The major objectives of the paper are; to examine the concept and meaning of social entrepreneurship, identify the role and importance of social entrepreneurship in mitigating youth unemployment in Nigeria, and to know the challenges of social entrepreneurship in Nigeria. However, this paper is mainly qualitative, hence relied on secondary sources of data. The methodological approach in this paper, therefore, is based on content analysis while social network theory remains the theoretical thrust.

The Covid 19 pandemic that struck the world in the early 2020 has done immense harm to the life, liberty, and economies of the world. It placed the states under severe pressure to control the virus. The states responded differently to the pandemic which were in turn adversely affected by the factors like ineffective leadership, weak infrastructural services and resources and poor medical facilities. India and United States, the two largest democracies and federations of the world had different experiences in dealing with the virus. While the US having better health facilities invited the world attention due to failure in meeting the hazard the Indian state performed comparatively better. The two states faced several federal inconveniences due to poor coordination between the central and state governments and leadership qualities. The response of the social diversity to the pandemic, voices of civil liberties and economic slow also marred the managerial processes in the two states. The study concludes that in times of grievous situations leaderships have to play a crucial role and the federal hindrances have to be overrun by the fresh legislations and ordinances in the interest of public health and India has fared better than United States and several of its western counterparts in meeting the pandemic.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that different content value dimensions have on the purchase intentions of people who follow YouTube influencers in Egypt. Due to the fact that the issue of influencer marketing is still relatively new, especially in less developed nations. In the field of influencer marketing, a conceptual model was established. This model is based on the theory of consumption values as well as the theory of advertising values, which were found in the previous literature. An online questionnaire was used to gather data from 749 respondents in Egypt. This helped researchers validate their study hypotheses and test the conceptual model they had developed. For the purpose of doing the data analysis, the partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) technique was used. According to the research, the purchase intention of followers is affected by the entertainment value, the functional value, and the social value of the content. However, the value of informativeness had no effect on the followers intention to make a purchase. Teacher performance is a determining factor in achieving educational goal. Factors affecting teacher performance include teacher competence, lesson planning, learning activities, and learning evaluation. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of transformational leadership, communication, work ethic on teacher performance. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all teachers in 15 elementary schools totaling 175 teachers. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The number of samples was determined based on the Cronbach Alpha formula with 122 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire, to test the hypothesis using path analysis. Data was collected using an instrument consisting of transformational leadership (30 items), communication (9 items) and work ethic (46 items), with teacher performance (14 items). The result showed that there was a direct correlation between transformational leadership and communication; transformational leadership with work ethic; transformational leadership with teacher performance; communication with teacher performance; work ethic with teacher performance and indirect correlation of transformational leadership with teacher performance through communication; transformational leadership of teacher performance through work ethic.

This phenomenological study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the lived experiences of teachers of Juan Villablanca Memorial High School as well as the challenges they have faced and their coping mechanisms upon the implementation of their assessment methods amidst modular instruction. This research employed the phenomenological method of inquiry as the studys research design to provide a thorough description of the shared experiences of teachers. Through purposive sampling, four teachers from Juan Villablanca Memorial High School were chosen as the participants of this study and were subjected to a face to face, semi-structured interview with open-ended questions. After the data analysis, three overall themes emerged from the rich and thick descriptions from key informant interviews: (1) Experiences of Teachers; (2) Challenges faced by Teachers; and (3) Coping Mechanisms. This research is helpful to DepEd policymakers, teachers, and future educational researchers to understand the first hand experiences, challenges and coping mechanisms teachers have with the implementation of their assessment methods amid modular instruction to create policies and interventions that would address such gaps and struggles. The findings of this research would be valuable for professional development planning, educational training, and especially the creation and usage of appropriate assessment methods wherein teachers can use to transcend the evolving facet of education.

This study aims to analyze the application and optimization of the follow-the-money and follow-the-asset approaches in handling narcotics crimes. Specifically, this study applies a normative juridical approach. This research discovered that the implementation of the follow-the-money and follow-the-asset approaches have been realized only by some of people, while are remained focused on solving drug crimes itself. In fact, the application of both approaches can be utilized as a reference for law enforcement officers as one of the strategies in optimizing the eradication of drug. Additionally, to punishing drug traffickers, they can also impoverish so the perpetrators could not run the business anymore. At the investigation level, investigators can trace the flow of funds from the drug business, the forms of assets resulting from criminal actsthe storage location and on whose behalf, discover criminal accomplice who committing money laundering and then present it in the form of a case file. At the prosecution level, public prosecutors in pre prosecution stage can give instructions to investigators to develop a money laundering case from a drug crime, then in the prosecution stage, they can maximally prove it in court. Finally at the trial stage, the panel of judges can also explore further the facts of the trial related to the predicate crime (drug) and the crime of money laundering.

Based on the Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, and the Supreme Court regulation have extended the absolute competence of the Administrative Court to examine elements of abuse of authority committed by state officials in carrying out their positions. However, this authority is not the only option given by law in Indonesia, which in addition there is also the authority of the general court to resolve the topic of abuse of authority that causes harm to the country. therefore, there is still ambiguity and overlap in laws related to abuse of authority which causes losses to state finances which ultimately has an impact on legal certainty and justice for related parties. This type of thesis research used normative juridical research that is descriptive. The Data used to answer the problems in this study were secondary data and primary data derived from library research. The results of the study found that the District Administrative Court was authorized to decide related elements of abuse of authority committed by the agency and/or government officials. The analysis of the state administration Case Number: 2/P/PW/2017/PTUN.JBI. not compatible with Perma No. 4 of 2015 because it did not meet the requirements, the new court is authorized to accept, examine, and decide the assessment of the application, after the results of the supervision of the government Internal Audit apparatus (APIP) and the court is authorized to accept, examine, and decide the assessment of the application for assessment of whether or not there was abuse of authority in the decisions and/or actions of government officials before the criminal process. The conclusion obtained was the analysis of the consideration of judges and the decision of the PTUN Jambi was wrong and not in accordance with what was mandated in Regulation No. 4 of 2015 (Perma No. 4 of 2015) on guidelines in the assessment of judicial elements of abuse of authority. It is recommended to the government to harmonize laws and regulations related to abuse of authority both in terms of criminal and administrative aspects of the government in order to achieve regulatory harmony.

The issuance of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation has had an impact on various sectors in the administration of government affairs, including in the housing and settlement area sub-sector, especially the implementation of housing development permits, namely the change in the Building Permit (IMB) to Building Approval. This article uses a qualitative approach by using a review of documents and secondary data from government and local government sources and library research to enrich research on housing and settlement areas that support this research. This study reveals that policy changes in the housing sector severely impact the implementation of housing development, especially on permits and user fees. So it can be concluded that the coordination between governments is not yet optimal regarding the regulation in the housing sector..

This article focuses on Walbrzych as a microcosm of post-communist transition, taking inspiration from Microcosm: Portrait of a Central European City by Norman Davies and Roger Moorhouse, which focused on Wroclaw. The research questions are what problems the city faced in the post-communist transition and how the city tackled these problems. The city faced my challenges, not least its deeply problematic reputation and being unfashionable. This, as well the citys competitive disadvantage, drove outward migration, both to other cities in Poland and abroad. Moreover, the citys industrial, developed according to communist ideals, was ill suited to the modern era and had also led to a misskilled labour force. In attempting to tackle these issues the city relied on tactics such as special economic zones, which may themselves lead to further problems in the future. While the percentage of unemployed remained higher than the rest of Silesia and Poland, the city did succeed in cutting it to a very reasonable level, as well as attracting migrants from abroad, mainly Ukraine. Despite managing to tackle some of the issues it faced, Walbrzych will never be as popular or prestigious as some cities, which is exactly what makes it such an interesting case study – as many cities across the post-communist space face issues and increasingly seem to be finding similar responses.

The purpose of this study was to determine the English language skills of students of the Faculty of Economics in competition in the world of work. The ability to speak English at this time is very much needed, especially in facing the era of global competition. As we know English is one of the glue tools between nations or often referred to as an international language. This triggers the necessity for every individual who wants to compete in the era of globalization to be able to speak using English. This necessity is one of the motivations for someone to be able to speak English as an effort to be categorized as an individual who is able to compete with other individuals across countries. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is literature, namely collecting data or scientific papers related to the object of research or collecting data that is library in nature. As well as a study carried out to solve a problem critically and deeply on library materials that are relevant to the research. Research results in countries where English is not the official language: 67% of employers have an English skills gap. In English-speaking countries: 22% of employers have an English skills gap. The size of the English skills gap demonstrates how prevalent the English language requirement is - across all industries, all sizes of organizations and at all levels of management. English skills must be further trained and developed to be more applicable to the world of work. Competence in English if you want to stay competitive and collaborative in the world of work. Even in an academic context, university graduates (PT) are required to be proficient in English, in addition to other languages. Because currently the opportunities for students to take part in international mobility between countries are increasingly wide open. This opportunity, of course, only applies to students with good English skills.

This study examines the forestry partnership, which is one of the governments social forestry programs. This forestry partnership program focuses on community empowerment and provides an alternative to the frequent occurrence of forestry disputes in forest utilization and/or management areas. Forestry Partnership includes the state and its people in an agreement with stipulations that each side must meet and implement. However, there is an unequal bargaining stance (bargaining power) between the state and its citizens, and this is one of the causes of disputes. This study is a descriptive normative legal study. Secondary data are utilized in this study, i.e., data that is not gathered directly from the field or the community, but rather through literature review by evaluating and analyzing books, journals, and internet data. The forest partnership agreement between LMDH Banyurip Lestari and KPH Surakarta is a manifestation of the employment of civil law instruments, according to the findings of this legal study. As a result, the governments position as a representative of a legal entity is identical to that of a person or civil legal entity in general, which is subject to civil legislation and can take actions in the civil sector, which in this case are carried out by KPH Surakarta as a legal entity .Thus, the fairness aspect of this forestry partnership agreement has been met, as the actions taken by the government in the forestry partnership agreement are an exercise of authority as a government organ that is also bound by juridical provisions, incorporates general principles of good governance, and effectively functions as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism in the field of forest utilization and/or management.

The purpose of this study is to determine the changes that occur to the prerequisites for making decisions about the implementation of an environmental impact analysis business based on Law Number 11 of 2021 concerning Job Creation. Community participation in providing suggestions and responses that must be involved in the preparation of the EIA is narrowed down to only communities that are directly affected whereas in the Law before it was amended mentions environmental observers and/or those affected by all forms of decisions in the amdal process. This research method is carried out by normative juridical research approach in this legal research by means of a statutory approach and legal research which is carried out by examining literature materials or secondary data. Amdal will be able to find out whether a business activity plan has a negative impact or positively serves to secure the environment from negative impacts thus it should be seen as a future security instrument for environmental management efforts and needs to be improved in its position in the development process, not weakening it.

Settlement of disputes through arbitration is based on a written agreement that has been agreed upon by the parties. The agreement is valid and binding based on Article 1338 of the Civil Code, which contains the pacta sunt servanda principle and excludes third parties from interfering in the settlement. However, regarding the arbitration award, it may be filed for annulment to the court. With the submission to the district court, there is third-party intervention in settling disputes. This research used a normative juridical approach with descriptive-analytical research specifications. The sources and types of data used were secondary data collected through the literature, which was then analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. The research results showed that in the annulment of the arbitration award, the pacta sunt servanda principle was still upheld with the limitation of the courts authority only to declare the annulment and was not authorized to take action to adjudicate itself. Thus, the pacta sunt servanda principle remained valid because the arbitration institution still carried out the settlement following the agreed agreement.

Even though it has been protected by law, violations of human rights still occur, one of which is in the protection of childrens rights in the field of education. In terms of providing protection for childrens rights, the Indonesian State quickly and responsively formed the Child Protection Commission (KPAI). This action is an obligation of the state in terms of protecting children from violence. Based on the facts on the ground that the protection provided to children in the school environment has not worked optimally. At the age of 20 years of Islamic banking, it turns out that the existence of LKS cannot be separated from public criticism. Most of them still conclude that the mechanism of Islamic banking is no different from conventional, this condition must be straightened out. This study aims to analyze what are the main factors that hinder the development of Islamic banking accounting in Samarinda City. The research method used is a transcendental phenomenological approach, because the aim of the researcher is to explore the publics view of Islamic banking and Islamic accounting. Then, the informants were practitioners (managers of financial institutions), the standard setting board (DSAS) and academics (students from Mulawarman University). The practitioners chosen by the researchers were representatives from several macro-level Islamic commercial banks and several LKMS such as BPRS and BMT located in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. From the results of the study, it was found that the stereotype of the public who thinks that Islamic accounting is not substantially different from conventional accounting is true. The fundamental problem that causes deviations from sharia practice from Islamic law is due to the human resource factor. Their lack of understanding and reluctance to understand sharia in a holistic manner makes the practice of sharia seen as the result of duplication of conventional accounting.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on productivity with social media as an intervening variable. This research used quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. Sample of this study is 31 respondents of various companies and various positions that are being carried out by the respondents. The hypotheses are examined using the Smart PLS program version 3.0. The results in this study indicate that social media has a significant effect on productivity; recruitment has a significant effect on social media while selection has no effect on social media. Toward productivity, recruitment and selection have no effect on productivity. Related with the social media, recruitment and selection has an effect on productivity through social media. The insignificance of the results of the study was also made possible by the background of respondents who did not maximize the overall function of social media.

With the rising rate of Internet penetration in Morocco, e-newspapers, which have become a popular tool in the spread of news, have given voice to their audience to have their say in what is reported. Yet, despite the popularity of such digital platforms, little is known about their interactive communication process. It is also undeniable that, from a Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) perspective, it is very important to study the process of news discourse as it is a site in which ideology and unequal power relations reside. Accordingly, this study critically investigates readers’ comments in the most popular Moroccan e-newspaper, Hespress, in the way they represent the issue of irregular migration in the country. The methodological framework is a triangulation of qualitative and quantitative research methods which are used to analyse the thematic choices used in Hespress readers comments to represent the issue of irregular migration. The overall findings of this investigation show that Hespress readers represent the issue of irregular migrants as a threat to the Moroccan society. Accordingly, the scenario of Us versus Them is emphasised in Hespress readers comments. Furthermore, the finding that the readers comments talk negatively about the issue explains that e-newspapers have empowered their audience by giving them space to produce knowledge that can challenge the news producers.

The integration between curriculum and multicultural awareness is one of the solutions to create a good education. This article aims to review the development of a multicultural-based curriculum in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review system method. Data collection uses the help of Google Scholar (2019-2022) to search for articles relevant to developing a multicultural-based Islamic religious education curriculum. Based on the results of the literature review analysis, it can be concluded that in developing a multicultural-based curriculum, the points that need to be considered are: 1) The curriculum must pay attention to clear objectives following current conditions. 2) The curriculum must pay attention to relevant development models. 3) The curriculum must be based on the principles of curriculum development in Indonesia. 4) The development of a multicultural-based curriculum must have characteristics that include multicultural values of understanding and awareness.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Community of Inquiry learning model on collaboration skills in English Education study program students. A quantitative approach was used in this research and this research was designed using a quasi-experimental design approach. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental method by comparing two groups treated using the Community of Inquiry model and traditional learning that is usually done by lecturers. The analytical technique used is to compare the two groups with statistical tests. The results of the analysis test show that there is an effect of the Community of Inquiry learning model on collaboration skills in English Education students. Students who receive treatment with the Community of Inquiry learning model have better collaboration skills than the class control

This study aims to determine the increase in the speed of nare chagi kicks after being given treatment with ankle weight and resistance band weight training models. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method, with a pre-test and post-test research design, a sample of 30 athletes divided into 3 groups, namely two experimental groups and one control group with ordinal pairing technique. The instrument used is kicking nare chagi for 10 seconds. The results of this study: 1) there is a significant effect of ankle weight training on increasing nare chagi kick speed with data analysis t count 24,683> 1,812 from t table 2) there is a significant effect of resistance band weight training on increasing nare chagi kick speed with data analysis t 20,886> 1,812 from t table 3) Ankle weight training has a greater effect than resistance training band and exercise without using weights on increasing the speed of the nare chagi kick with an average ankle weight exercise posttest greater than the resistance band exercise , namely 28.2 > 25.6 .

Over the past few years, the arrival of social media has altered the Moroccan news media landscape. Online newspapers have become inescapable sources of information thanks to their accessibility and interactivity. Accordingly, this study adopts a Critical Discourse Analytical approach to investigate how Hespress, the most popular Moroccan online newspaper, represents the issue of irregular migration in the country. To uncover the hidden ideologies which reside in news discourse, this study focuses on the linguistic practices of the Hespress news articles as well as the contextual background surrounding them. The study takes a closer look at the thematic patterns and lexical paradigm used to represent the irregular migrants. It has been found that the online newspaper, Hespress, utilizes a humanitarian discourse to legitimate and justify the integration of the irregular migrants in the Moroccan society.

This paper analyzed leadership practices before and after a mining explosion resulted in twenty nine deaths in Chile. When the first reports came upon the explosion, it appeared that there was a lack of appropriate safety precautions. However, further investigation revealed that the organizational culture created by the leadership was considered as the root cause which could have been prevented if the leadership had established an employee-centric culture. It is possible to see the repercussions of the leadership practices to a great extent. Showing workers that the organization will always do the right thing to assure their safety is an important step toward establishing trust. The despotic leadership, that constantly imposed fear on its employees to discourage them from voicing their opinions and questioning the existing conditions, eventually brought organizational deviance. Members of the organization neither had any meaningful communication nor appropriate information exchange. The absence of mutual trust and respect in the work environment was apparent. Issue raised in this paper, namely how the Public Prosecutor can apply a criminal under the specific minimum in the offense of extortion corruption in office. The type of research used in this paper is a type of normative research which analyzes secondary data. The ongoing debates on physical literacy in the realm of public physical fitness (PF) in Indonesian literature has resulted in various surprising but exciting facts. However, most of the existing studies on PF have generally pivoted around the quantitative tradition. With this reality in mind, qualitatively empirical study scrutinizing the actual factors veiled within the current state of PF of the society, the primary school students, in particular, remains somewhat of a mystery, given far too little attention has been paid to the investigation of such an inquiry in the Indonesian context. The present study, therefore, was initiated to address this gap. As a manifestation of the past evaluative research on the physical literacy of Elementary School (ES) students in Gorontalo City, this qualitative case study specifically sought to determine the causal factors underlying the PF degradation in ES students in Gorontalo City. As many as 26 informants consisting of 20 ES physical education teachers and six school principals were selected as the research participants. The research data were collected using structured interviews and documents. The findings of this study revealed four main factors lying behind the PF degradation of ES students in Gorontalo City. These four causal factors are: 1) the disparity of the teaching and learning of physical education within the thematic system of the 2013 curriculum, 2) the loss of open spaces in the schools due to the misinterpretation of the school administrators about the Adiwiyata program launched by the government, 3) the booming presence of Smartphones amongst students, which somehow brings about a tendency for students to spend more time sitting without making any significant movements, and 4) the poor implementation of legal product pertaining to sports which include the National Sports Law No. 3 of 2005, 2 Presidential Instructions and 2 Regulations of the Minister of Youth and Sports as proclaimed by the government.

his study investigated occupational stress and burnout among senior secondary school teachers in Sokoto metropolis and their coping strategies. The population of the study consisted of all public senior secondary school Teachers in Sokoto metropolis, totaling (1, 216). One hundred and ninety-six (196) respondents were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table of determining sampling size from eight (8) secondary schools. Descriptive design was used for the study. Three adopted instruments titled; Teacher Stress Scale by Liman (2016) to measure teachers stress, Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Survey (MBI-ES) by Maslach, Jackson and Schwab (1986) to measure teachers burnout, the Cope Inventory by Carver, Sheier and Weintraub (1989) to measure teachers’ coping strategies, were used to collect data for this research. Three hypotheses were tested and t-test was used for data analysis. The findings of the study shows that there is significance difference in occupational stress of male and female senior secondary school teachers in Sokoto metropolis but, there is no significant difference in burnout and coping strategies of male and female senior secondary school teachers in Sokoto metropolis. Conclusively, the findings of this research study shows that male teachers experience more stress than female teachers. The stress experienced by secondary school teachers can lead to reduced productivity and burnout. Nonetheless, stress coping strategies should be inaugurated to assist teachers reduced their stress. Some recommendations made include there is need to help teachers resolve occupational stress. This can be achieved through seminars, workshops, and sensitization programs.

Values and value systems are always hidden in the process of construction, existence, and development of all organizations at all levels and sizes. The education system also operates by the relationships and operating mechanisms of internal and external organizations, so each educational system always has a core value system, whether declared or not. This article applies the method of document research along with comments from long-term working experience in the education industry. Some findings show that Vietnam is in need of a value system that is both traditional and modern in order to adapt to the requirements of educational innovation and to meet international integration. In addition, more in-depth studies on both theory and application are needed to make accurate conclusions and policy judgments for an entire education system.

Career awareness and career preparation have a close relationship with each other and have a great influence on motivation, learning outcomes and job opportunities of students after graduation. Therefore, these are important issues that need to be studied and clarified. This study focuses on analyzing the career awareness and career preparation of 431 psychology students at a number of universities in the South of Vietnam. The study used the survey method by questionnaire, the scales in the questionnaire were designed by the research team. Students career perception is considered in terms of: perception of job position, workplace, career values and career standards. Research results showed that the career awareness of psychology students is still limited, and their preparation for a career is incomplete. There is a strong positive correlation between career awareness and career preparation of psychology students. Research results indicate that educational institutions and lecturers need to pay more attention to raising career awareness for psychology students, thereby promoting students career preparation.

One of the important skills of the 21st century is problem solving. This is an important skill in the group of thinking skills and it is indispensable in the life of every human being in the world. In education, problem-solving skills are also one of the necessary and important skills to form and develop for students. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the problem-solving skills in natural and social subject of primary school students in Vietnam. The exploratory factor analysis method was used to determine the factors and processed data through SPSS software. Research results from 250 primary school students (grades 1 to 3) from different regions living in Vietnam have shown 7 main factors affecting problem-solving capacity through the natural and social subject of primary school students including: student trust and effort; attitude towards the subject; teaching skills of teachers; concentration; perseverance; the need to communicate with the surroundings, and the motivation for academic achievement. This research result provides more theoretical basis for education researchers, from which to have teaching strategies to develop problem-solving capacity for students.

The concept and practice of feminism continues to raise multiple contestations on the African continent, despite the varied contributions that feminists and gender advocates have made on the social, economic and political spheres. Feminism and gender continue to be perceived with suspicion, and as foreign importations that destabilise rather than edify the African governance, peace and security discourse. Through a desk review of existing literature, this chapter provided a qualitative exploration of the contested relationship between feminism and the existing patriarchal modes of governance in Africa, what this means for the future of feminism and the WPS agenda, as well as for the future of the governance, peace and security agenda in Africa. Strategically juxtaposing the gains that feminism has brought on the African landscape against the persistent exclusion of women from the key governance and political processes on the continent, the chapter made a case for the multifarious yet imperative role that African women have played to non-violently challenged patriarchal political models and set the standard for possible egalitarian political relations, further highlighting the major barriers to the womens empowerment agenda that are causing the fissures through which the said gains are getting lost. The chapter concluded that despite its achievements and impact socially, economically and politically, the existing contestations in the understanding of feminism and its related theories nd practices is a huge fissure that threatens its future existence on the continent. The analysis further shed hope on the possibility of reconciling this stated contestation by proffering recommendations that African feminists can adopt to continuously refine their strategies to impact on the currently prevailing patriarchal modes of governance, peace and security in order to perpetuate the seemingly lost gains of Beijing.

This research departs from the phenomenon of the development of the Kampoeng Bambu tourist village as an alternative tourist destination that has its own uniqueness. Aims to know the participatory-based village government program in the development of the Kampoeng Bambu Tourism Village in a participatory manner. This article uses a qualitative research type with a sociological approach as a scientific approach to analyze the social facts of a tourist village, with five informants, methods for collecting data and information during the research. Observations, interviews, and documentation are the data collected are primary and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out in stages; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the development of tourism villages participated by the community through: (a) Preparation of the RPJMDes which included the development of the participatory Kampoeng Bambu tourist village, (b) Preparation of Village Regulations regarding the participatory Kampoeng Bambu tourist village, (c) Improvement of road access for the Kampoeng Bambu tourist village. in a participatory manner, (d) the village government accommodates the wishes of the founders of the Kampoeng Bambu tourist village The implications of the research are that the commitment and consistency of the village governments strategic policies are needed in developing the Kampoeng Bambu tourist village so that the tourist destination can become a potential source for increasing village income and improving the welfare of the community around the tourist area.

Legal remedies that can be taken by unregistered creditors on the grounds of refusing the homologation decision after the decision to postpone the obligation to pay debts due to an unfair position with registered creditors are to file a lawsuit for the cancellation of homologation to the commercial court and file a bankruptcy petition as legal facts based on the Supreme Court Decision Number 708 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2015 Decision of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court Number 20/Pailit/2009/PN. Tertiary legal materials are legal materials that provide meaningful instructions or explanations for primary and secondary materials such as legal dictionaries, encyclopedias, the Big Indonesian Dictionary and others. Based on the analysis and discussion in determining the criminal legal responsibility of content specialists related to misdiagnosis of the fetus, then based on Article 361 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), it must be explained that the doctor will be responsible for determining the examination actions that occur if an error occurs. The diagnosis made by a doctor must be proven by a doctor who is competent in that field. There is no possibility that the Doctor can argue that he has made the appropriate diagnosis.

The current research argues that people residing in disordered neighborhoods will tend not to trust their neighbors and perceive less control over life, which will in turn increase the risk of health-related work absences. Researchers also suggest that lower trust in neighbors and perceived control will strengthen the association between living in disordered neighborhoods and risk of health-related work absences. To address these questions, we examine a national study of Canadian workers gathered at the individual level in September of 2019 (N=2,524). Multinomial regression models show that perceptions of neighborhoods as disordered are associated with a greater likelihood of frequent health-related work absences. Reduced trust in neighbors and perceived control largely explain this association, but these factor do not moderate the association. This research contributes to the study of neighborhoods and health by showing that adverse health effects of disordered neighborhoods can have subsequent socioeconomic implications through increased health-related work absences.

The article studies the cultural values of the Hoa people (The Chinese people) community in Hoi An (Vietnam). In particular, in the field of material culture, the author of this article delves into the architecture, costumes, and cuisine of the Hoa people in Hoi An. Considering the spiritual culture aspect, the article examines the core contents in terms of religion, belief, language, customs, and practices of the Chinese community here. At the same time, clarify the cultural exchange between Vietnam and China to create the cultural identity of Hoi An today. To conduct research on this issue, the author relies on original documents and academic achievements of Vietnamese and international scholars. The author combines two main methods of History, namely the historical method and the logical method, with other research methods such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc., to complete the study’s contents. The article will contribute to clarifying the cultural values of the Chinese community in Southeast Asia as well as in Vietnam and Hoi An in particular.

This article aims to review literature about the term employability as an essential competition for the employment of the individual. Throughout this, it aims to deepen about what the word really means employability, what is meant and what link presents in terms of employment, in addition to what competencies and requirements are demanded to get a job. Finally, it also intends to seek a link between employability and education, so influential in the human aspect, and therefore should be addressed.

This article describes the findings from a contemporary study of school-parent collaboration at State Islamic Elementary Madrasa 01 Banyumas, Indonesia. Recent education policy influenced by Pandemic-19 has, especially distance learning or working from home, made the schools find out special strategy to ensure the program runs well. In this situation, the collaboration plays an important role and it cannot be avoided. The method of collecting data used were, observation, depth-interview, and documentation. To ensure the validity of data, the author used source and technique triangulation. While, the informants are the madrasah principal, teachers, and parents. The result shows that there was no, in this pandemic era, special handicaps in practicing the parental collaboration, even it will be more effective. The internalization of spiritual attitude is still going on smoothly and several parents feel happy and comfortable in taking part of it. It is, according to authors opinion, a good collaboration, because it does not have positive impact to students but also their parents.

In this paper, the question arises as to whether modern social theories about education make sense, among other things, of the identity of the person who is a carrier of the disability of autism. The critical view for a common educational place regarding the specificity of lifelong disability is attempted to be understood through the deficit in the education of social skills and the identity of the person with autism. The dominant characteristic of the invisible disability of autism is examined based on Goffmans theoretical views on the social construction of stigma, and of Bourdieu on the social reproduction of unequal relationships. In the complex of special education and training, social considerations often discuss the clinical approach without overlooking the importance of establishing social relations in the identity of the person with autism.

Learning motivation is an impulse that arises from within a person consciously or unconsciously to take action with a specific purpose. Selection of appropriate learning media to consider the needs of students and learning. Kahoot game media is one of the suitable ICT-based media because it is easy to use and is a platform that supports distance learning activities. This study examines the learners perspective on the motivation to learning English using the Kahoot game. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The researcher uses a Google Form questionnaire to find the motivation to learning English using the Kahoot game from the learners perspective. Respondents were 35 students, the English education study program at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon in the 2021/2022 academic year. The results shows that in general, there is a positive response that students have the motivation to use the Kahoot game as a medium for learning English. Easy to access, attractive appearance, and is like a game, this is the attraction of Kahoot game to attract interest in learning English. Through the features in the Kahoot game, students admit that there has been an increase in their English skills.

Indian abroad are not just people abroad. They are bundles of attitudes, convictions, anxieties, shared notions, fears and anticipations, all of which are Indians in their very texture. The links of Indian with India when in abroad is many times stronger than that of many other nationalities in similar situations. Members of the family for the Indians abroad includes different kinds of relatives with considerable and pronounced detachment in attitude and affection generally maintains a strong sense of belonging to India. Two aspects about Indian Diaspora need to be emphasized: first, though abroad, Indian Diaspora is the product of Indian socio- political-cultural complex; second, it is not insulated against what goes on taking place in the mother country. Indian Diaspora continued and still goes on unabated, including skilled workers, businessmen, professionals, scientists and men and women of different cultures. The first generation of Diaspora has made their mark in many fields of activities in so many countries of the world.

Motivation serves as an integral part of a students learning process. It is considered as the driving force of students in achieving good quality performances and results from the academic tasks brought by the school as it gives students the opportunity to learn efficiently and effectively. One great factor that could influence students motivation is through the feedback that teachers give to their students. Teachers feedback is vital as it lets students adjust to their best learning by reflecting on their progress and strategies. However, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, new normal learning has been implemented which became a great challenge to the teaching and learning process and imposed issues on feedback and motivation. This qualitative research is a descriptive case study which aims to know what feedback teachers provide to students and describe how this feedback influences their motivation to learn in the new educational setting. Results have indicated that teachers feedback, specifically positive feedback, enhances student motivation to learn in the new normal. On the contrary when there is a negative or no feedback at all given, students feel demotivated and would resort to self-motivation. These findings suggest that teachers feedback has a direct influence on students motivation to learn depending on the quality of the feedback given. With this premise, teachers and the institution must develop effective ways to improve teachers skills in delivering efficient feedback practices as it would help in enhancing students academic performance and improves students motivation to learn.

For the effectiveness of law enforcement in eradicating corruption, an integral system of law enforcement is needed, be it the Police, Prosecutors Office or Judicial Institutions to jointly uphold justice under one roof, namely the Judiciary. Because when one of the law enforcement agencies is under executive power, political intervention will easily enter and influence the decisions taken. Basically, if the perpetrator of corruption has fulfilled the clause certain circumstances in Article 2 paragraph (2) of the Typist Law, then the death penalty can be imposed on the perpetrator.

In-service teacher education and training are the keys to changing the perception of teaching, which used to be student-oriented inside the classroom. In earlier days, it was more about instilling a value system in the children. Therefore, as they grow older, they become independent and can be able to nourish their own life by their own effort. However, because globalization has resulted in cultural mixing, we have begun to accept more foreign cultures and their teaching methodologies. With this intention in service, teacher training has been included as part of the teachers’ development program, whereby teachers are supposed to attend short-term courses and other faculty development programs in order to increase their existing knowledge. For this purpose, there are sufficient provisions with regard to the tying up of schools with specific organizations, both public and private, to train teachers. With this background, the researcher attempted to examine the effectiveness of in-service training programs from the teachers point of view based on eighty-eight secondary school teachers of the Balasore municipality area of the Balasore district of Odisha.

As an outstanding African-American author who has got fame for her tragic novel, Toni Morrison is well-known for her depiction of black experiences as slaves. She is an expert in portraying characters who are dealing with the after-effect of their ancestral African-American traumas. Morrisons community is weighed down by the heavy burden of rejection, oppression, racism, and white dominance, so they are burdened with a wounded psyche and body, therefore experiencing painful memories of their past. This paper focuses on Morrisons one of the major novels, Song of Solomon which highlights traumatic events that the African American community is faced with. This paper aims to study the collective trauma of these black characters who struggle with major repressive pressures within trauma theory; it further intends to analyze how this trauma conditions the characters life and focus on their difficulty dealing with the problems. Also, it intends to deal with the issue of recovery and reconciliation among these black communities, whether they could pass the stages of recovery or rather are conditioned by the heavyweight of their trauma.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, human mobility became limited as response to the curbing of the coronavirus disease.The traditional way of providing services were transitioned to digital methods, employing online work operations and even work-from-home schemes. Through a purposive sampling method, this study employed a Sequential Explanatory design to determine the experiences of employed adults on digital stress, strategies to cope with their digital stress, outcomes of their coping strategies, identified causal conditions, and desired recommendations to aid their stress. Results showed that majority of the participants are digitally stressed and the conditions leading to their stress include dealing with technical difficulties, distractions, anxiety, and intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts. These conditions result to indolence, skewed sense of identity, and misconceptions among peers in the digital sphere. Participants employ various coping strategies to deal with these negative experiences, and these include multitasking, engaging in physical activities, and regulating their emotions. The outcomes of employing these coping strategies included regained focus in doing their tasks, productivity at work, and better emotional responses. Despite the stress and negative experiences they come across using digital technology, results also reported that it also somehow assisted participants in various positive ways especially in maintaining social connectivity, flexibility and accessibility for information at work, and overall improvement of the quality of their work outputs.

The conception of God is universal albeit categorized in different expressions because of the uniqueness of every culture. This paper focuses on the conception of God in African Philosophy and in the cultural-religious worldview of African Traditional Religion. The paper makes a philosophical attempt to bring out the necessary richness in the African view of God. At the same time, it attempts to harmonize the African view with the Western conception of divinity. The beauty that lies in the way the African lives and relates to God, and the beauty that lies in the Greco-Roman conception of God ignites the need to operate a respect for cultures, highlighting the principle of intercultural exchange. God remains for all times: Omnipotent, Omniscient, Omnipresent, Love, Merciful etc. and an African worthy of the name can ascent to these categories through the worldview of African traditional religion, except when influenced negatively from the west.

Rape is one of the most alarming issues at present in India. The central point of this paper is to obtain different perceptions of rape and rape victims through the lens of gender stereotyping. This empirical study involves in-depth interviews of hundred young adults living in West Bengal, India. This paper deals with the perception and motives of this heinous crime, as measured by young adults. Attitude towards rape victim scale has been used to measure the outlook of young adults towards the victim. Female participants of the studied group have explained the term rape as an imposition of unwanted social stigma whereas, male respondents expressed as the commodification of sex. The contrasting gender ideologies reflect the psychological trauma and objectification of sex. Women have more sympathetic attitudes towards the victim than the men.

This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of the application of Accounting Information Systems, Accounting Knowledge, and Financial Literacy on the performance of SMEs in Denpasar City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population and sample in this study used a simple random sampling method of 94 SMEs in Denpasar City. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Then the data used in this study was processed with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 program. The source of the data used was primary data. The results showed that the application of Accounting Information Systems, Accounting Knowledge and Financial Literacy had a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMEs in Denpasar City during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Political thuggery is the intentional use of physical force threatened against another person that either result in injury, death, or psychological harm within a Political circle. In recent times, The Nigerian political system has witnessed increased political thuggery and at the same time experienced rising insecurity ranging from kidnapping, armed robbery, ritual killings, terrorism etc. these have created a lot of concerns both at the national, regional, and international levels. Based on those mentioned above, this paper examined Political thuggery and insecurity in Nigeria, 2015-2021. The paper utilized Elite theory as its theoretical framework and relied on secondary sources of data from books, journal articles, periodicals, newspapers, working papers and magazines. Data collated were analyzed using content analysis and the findings revealed that; there is a link between political thuggery and insecurity in Nigeria, this is because political thuggery provides a breeding ground for kidnapping, terrorism, ritual killings, armed robbery, and drug addiction and all these threaten the safety of citizens and the country as a whole, thus recommended stiff penalty for both the politician and the thug, establish a mechanism for demobilizing, recovering weapons, re-orientation of the thugs and politicians, and proper education. The paper concluded that political thuggery is responsible for the rising insecurity in Nigeria.

Purpose: The purpose of the study research was to describe the causes, magnitude and consequences of child abuse in Busia Uganda. Methodology: The researcher used a cross- sectional research design which mainly involved qualitative in-depth interviews, FGDs and questionnaires as well as a descriptive and analytical study. Qualitative and descriptive methods were used to obtain exhaustive information on causes, magnitude, consequences and possible suggestions to curb child abuse in Busia district. The study involved a sample size of 110 people selected in Busia municipality and the sub counties of Buteba, Busitema and Sikuda. The data collected was sorted and edited for completeness, inconsistence and correctness of information given by the respondents. Qualitative data was grouped into themes and sub themes of the study to determine emerging patterns and generate interpretations and notes from respondents analyzed from large volume to meaningful components to respond to research objectives/questions into small units. Findings: the study found out that Poverty, poor parenting and attitude towards child protection, poor enforcement of laws, domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse and urbanization as some respondents claimed that ignorance of the law was the cause of child abuse in Busia district. Conclusion: The study concluded that child abuse remains prevalent in the district despite various legislations and mechanisms locally and globally to combat the same. The vice continues to deprive many children in the world of their rights and freedoms and compromises their well-being and development due to the various physical, psychological, emotional and health impacts associated to it. Recommendation: The study recommended that government should adopt a multi-faceted approach to child abuse incorporating a combination of educational, behavioral, psychosocial, legal and economic interventions to holistically address the problem.

Recent empirical studies gesticulates that farmers in rural communities are often more prone to health challenges which further worsen Agricultural performance in their respective domains. On this notes, this paper is out to investigate the impact of health challenges on agricultural performance of Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area in Ekiti State using micro data analysis. The study used primary data through the use of questionnaires from the sampled population selected for the study. A total of 71 respondents contributed to the findings of the research. The study sampled sixty (60) respondents which are basically the farmers to analyze possible health challenges affecting agricultural performance, socio-economic characteristics of farmers, ill- health cases of farmers and farmers lost of activities during farmings seasons. The study showed that the most prominent diseases affecting farmers families were tuberculosis, chronic back pains, lungs and eyes problems, tetanus, malnutritions among others. Findings also indicates that numbers of days farming activities lost to ill-health in a household might help elicit a clearer picture of the effect of transient ill-health on agricultural production. The study therefore concludes that developmental effort in the provision and accessibility of affordable health care in rural areas should be put in place so as to reduce the incidence of diseases in Ekiti State which can as well be used to justify all other rural area States in the country as a whole. The results further accentuates that good health is more important and major backbones to farmers in performing their farming activities effectively. Based on the findings of this study, it is therefore recommends adequate provision and sensitization of health and environmental education for rural dwellers from State Ministry of health, Stakeholders and Non-governmental organization to checkmate and also to impose heavy restrictions to the importation of hard drugs into the country such as cigarette, cocaine, alcohol, Tramadol among others causing huge amount of health-illness for farming activities which in turn affecting the agricultural performance in the country as evidence in Ekiti State serving as one of the States producing food for the nation

NEP, 2020 : NEP, 2020 has advanced for the implementation of 1 year & 2 year B. Ed along with the 4 year Integrated Teacher Education Programme(ITEP). But after 2030 only the 4 year ITEP will prevail as the single professional degree for any school level Teaching profession. In order to accelerate the universal use of ICT in the field of Teacher education, along with the use of open educational resources, focus should be given on SWAYAM & DIKSHA platforms to provide online learning platform to the teacher Trainees & the short term training programmes for the in-service teachers. As a result, the importance of OER through the above stated two online platforms will be maximized with wider circulation.

As a concept, the term abuse of authority is used by 2 (two) legal regimes, namely by the administrative law regime and by the criminal law regime of corruption, both legal regimes are public law. The impact of using the concept of abuse of authority by 2 (two) different legal regimes on the same concept/term in case of abuse of authority is the birth of concurrent jurisdiction between the State Administrative Court and the Corruption Court. Concurrent jurisdiction over the same material by 2 different judicial institutions. After the enactment of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration, especially Article 21 according to the authors observation, there have never been cases of corruption cases filed by the special Public Prosecutor concerning the indictment of Article 3 of Law 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Laws -Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption has been tested beforehand regarding whether or not there is an element of abuse of authority by the State Administrative Court. This situation shows that the application of laws and regulations is faced with two things, namely performance (validity) and usability (efficacy). While usability is related to whether the norm is adhered to or not.

This paper aims to discuss the cyber and kinetic effects of supply chain disruptions from the perspective that kinetic disruptions have a far more significant impact than cyber disruptions. The SolarWinds supply chain cyber-attack is reviewed in light of its kinetic effects. The Russian-Ukrainian war is then discussed, where the article observes that the kinetic effects of the conflict have far more real-life consequences than the SolarWinds cyber-attack. The papers thesis does not discount the effects of a cyber-attack on supply chains. Instead, it perceives that kinetic disruptions of supply chains due to economic sanctions are promptly experienced, whereas cyber disruptions have an almost ethereal quality as far as the public is concerned. The result is that the current economic sanctions against the Russian Federation, its allies, and its people are affecting the sanctionees and the sanctionors. The article concludes that the supply chain disruptions caused by Western sanctions have a larger kinetic effect than the SolarWinds cyber-attack.

This article tries to explain on the correlation between motherhood and women involvement in terrorism; and also, to analyse the role of motherhood studies related to the women involvement in terrorism activity in global context through literature review. Despite of the marital status and children ownership, women terrorism activities are often connected to the role of motherhood. In the meantime, 2019 Global Terrorism Index reported that women involvement in terrorism activities becoming a new trend marked by the increase of women suicidal attack from four (4) incidents in 2013 to twenty-two (22) in 2018. Oftentimes, the discussion of motherhood aspect in women terrorism activities resulting disparity on the analysis. As the result, this article comes into an argument that redefinition as a new perspective in connecting the women terrorism activity with motherhood is indispensable which will imply to the prevention strategy and counter terrorism. In addition, this article also encourages further study to fill the analysis gap of the topic through the field research.

The target of the research implemented is to describe teacher activities, student activities and learning outcomes on the theme of events in the life of social studies through the REGITA model. The research was CAR type and the subject of the fifth-grade students of SD Alalak Selatan 2 Banjarmasin in 2019/2020 was 34 students. The research instrument was in the form of an observation sheet of teacher and student activities. Based on the implementation of the results of this research, it can be concluded that the REGITA model is able to increase the activities of teachers, students and student learning outcomes. Therefore, the hypothesis can be accepted.

This study aims to find out the implementation of self-disclosure on Instagram as a form of personal branding among Radio Broadcasters as well as MCs involved as the members of the Solo Raya MC community. To be able to describe a form of self-disclosure in a person, the authors applied the Johari Window self-disclosure theory which classifies self-disclosure into 4 parts. Furthermore, the theory was linked with the concept of personal branding theory by McNally & Speak to be able to understand the aspects of personal branding, namely the forms and assessment of the effectiveness of certain personal branding activity. The study data were collected through direct interviews and document studies, namely by conducting a study on the Instagram accounts of 3 informants involved. Based on the results of the study, it was found that self-disclosure was only focused on sharing information related to the profession. The informants didnt disclose personal issues considered unimportant to convey publicly via Instagram. Their personal branding was formed because they were consistent in making self-disclosures related to their profession that were packaged by highlighting their respective characters to be firmly embedded in the minds of other people or audience.

This paper is the result of research that discusses people smuggling, where the role of intelligence is to identify the existence of organized crime groups in Indonesia, Batam City. Batam is a city located in the Riau Islands, Indonesia. The city is often used as a location for transnational human smuggling into Malaysia. In discussing this topic, it is also identified how the role of people smuggling crimes that occurred in Batam. The results of this study indicate the need to optimize the role of intelligence in preventing people smuggling. Although the crime of people smuggling is difficult to eliminate, this crime can be minimized by carrying out strict supervision.

The study described here is one of the first of its kind to look at the systemic effects of learning with integrated animations on knowledge transfer and motivation to learn science and technology. A study involving 418 6th and 9th grade students from Jordan was conducted. Students in the experimental group took part in science and technology lessons that included the animation environment at least once a week. The experiment lasted between 2 and 4 months. The findings revealed that an animation-based online learning environment had a significant impact on knowledge transfer and learning motivation. Furthermore, the findings revealed that students perceptions of science and technology learning changed because of teaching and learning with integrated animations. Students perceived themselves to play a more central role in classroom interactions, expressed greater interest in learning, and placed a greater emphasis on using technology and experiments during lessons.

Conducting the present investigation is effective in providing information about how the financial crisis impact GCC countries in a negative manner. There has been different the different articles and opinion of authors on the area. Results of this research are that foreign currency large reserves attained through GCC countries in past years have assisted the expansionary policies to buy pumping liquidity for absorbing regressive crisis impact. The findings examined from the mention information that financial crisis impact on GCC countries economies is versatile and involve reduce international demand for the GCC exports, minimize oil prices of oil and impact on the public budget status of GCC countries and the investment and development programs. The enhanced inflation rates with a minimum in context to incentives for purpose of saving and economic growth. It has been concluded that the international financial crisis developed a negative impact on GCC countries economies indirectly or directly. These impacts were shown in the Gulf stock market and deterioration and reduced demand and cost of oil. Hence, expansionary policies have been applicated in the GCC countries, the precautionary process should be taken for the impact which will rise from applied policies in GCC countries.

Training quality in general, and training quality management in particular, play a critical role in educational growth, representing not only the current level of educational development but also serving as the foundation for future educational development. This article employs the process of document review for training quality management and documents pertaining to the quality of teacher training in Vietnam. The findings show that training quality and training quality management, as well as teacher training quality management, have several techniques, forms, and content and that there are numerous aspects that can impact training quality. Training quality management or training quality assurance As a result, further research is required to increase not just awareness of training quality but also training quality.

The devastating effect of Covid-19 have prompted educational practitioners to maximise efforts for ensuring continuous teaching, learning and assessment, by making use of instructional and assessment methods that do not involve human contact. The use of eLearning has since gained momentum, used for curriculum instruction and assessment. The purpose of this study was to establish the authenticity online assessment as used in higher education institutions, with the aim of advancing a model for ensuring an effective online assessment of curriculum content during and post-Covid-19 era. A desktop research methodology was used to gather data for the study. Published research articles on the challenges and effectiveness of online assessment were traced, reviewed and analysed according to predetermined topics of research interests. The findings from the review informed the themes that were interpreted and discussed as ultimate answers for the study. The interpretation of the themes draws insights from literature evidence and current observations in the field of online assessment. The study established that online assessment was characterised by challenges that compromised its authenticity, thus not contributing to the effective mastery of learning outcomes by students. As students attempt assessment tasks on their own, it was difficult to establish if the submitted work was indeed their own or not. In addition, assessment tasks were too many and impractical for students to handle in a given time. Covid-19 pandemic requires that higher education institutions consider employing online instruction and assessment. However, online assessment methods should be authentic in design and implementation to reflect good quality teaching and learning. The study recommends that higher educational institutions should use online assessment methods that enhance objective and credible assessment such as administering synchronous activities and by customising assessment tasks for students.
